Our goal is to provide you with tools that make meal planning easier, healthier, and more enjoyable.These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Esnap Labs, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Ohio, United States of America ("Company", "we", "us", "our").We operate the mobile application SuperChef ("App") and related services that refer or link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. 1.1 Nature of Services
The App provides meal planning, recipe management, nutrition tracking, and grocery list generation services. Our Services include:
* Recipe library with 120+ curated recipes and search functionality
* Meal planning and calendar scheduling
* Nutrition tracking (calories, macronutrients: protein, carbs, fat)
* Grocery list generation and management (with ingredient aggregation and scaling)
* AI-powered recipe generation from food images or text descriptions (Premium feature)
* Recipe Builder for creating custom recipes (Premium feature)
* Recipe favorites and collections
* Dietary preference filtering
* Cook mode for step-by-step cooking guidance
* Premium subscription features with unlimited meal planning1.2 Purpose and Intended Use
The Services are designed for:
* Personal meal planning and organization
* Nutrition tracking and dietary goal management
* Recipe discovery and meal inspiration
* Grocery shopping assistance
* Cooking and meal preparation support1.3 Service Limitations
* Recipe information and nutrition data are provided for informational purposes only
* Nutrition calculations may vary based on ingredient sources and preparation methods
* Meal planning suggestions are recommendations, not medical or dietary advice
* Services are not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic tools
* Results and recommendations do not replace professional nutritional or medical guidance2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
* You are at least 13 years old
* You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
* All information provided is accurate and complete2.2 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You can create an account using:
* Apple Sign In
* Google Sign In
* Anonymous authentication (limited features)You agree to:
* Provide accurate, current, and complete information
* Maintain and update your account information
* Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
* Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access2.3 Account Responsibility

* Diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition
* Provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice
* Replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
* Offer personalized medical or dietary recommendations
* Assess health conditions or fitness for medical procedures4.2 Nutrition Information
* Nutrition data is provided for informational purposes only
* Calculations are estimates and may vary based on preparation methods
* Ingredient substitutions may affect nutritional values
* We are not responsible for accuracy of third-party nutrition data
* Always verify nutrition information for your specific dietary needs4.3 Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
* You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens

The Services are hosted in the United States using Google Cloud Platform. By using the Services from other jurisdictions, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States under our privacy practices.6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including:

* App design, user interface, and functionality

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

* Download and use the App on your personal devices

You may not:

* Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

* Create derivative works based on our Services

* Scrape or extract recipe data for commercial use6.4 User-Generated Content Rights
You retain ownership of recipes and content you create (including recipes created using Recipe Builder or AI generation). However, by submitting content, you grant us:
* A license to store and display your content within the Services for your personal use
* Rights to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvements
* Permission to process your content to provide Services (including AI recipe generation)7. USER CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS
7.1 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, including recipes, meal plans, and notes. However, you grant us necessary rights to provide the Services.7.2 Content License
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
* Store, process, and display your content
* Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvements
* Ensure technical functionality of the Services7.3 Content Standards
All submitted content must:
* Be legally owned or created by you
* Not violate any third-party rights
* Comply with applicable laws and regulations
* Not contain harmful, offensive, or discriminatory material7.4 Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that:

8.1 Pricing and Payments

- Weekly subscription: $3.99 USD per week
- Monthly subscription: $9.99 USD per month
- Annual subscription: $69.99 USD per year
* Prices are displayed in the App and may change
* All payments are processed through Apple App Store via RevenueCat
* Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated8.2 Subscription Terms
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
* Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before renewal
* Refunds are subject to our refund policy and Apple App Store policies
* Subscription benefits are non-transferable
* Premium features are accessible only during active subscription period8.3 Free Trials
* We may offer free trials to new users
* Trial terms will be specified during signup
* Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
* One trial per user/household8.4 Payment Processing
* Payments are processed through Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat
* We do not store payment information directly
* Billing disputes should be directed to Apple App Store support
* Subscription management is handled through your device settings8.5 Refund Policy
* Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies
* Subscription refunds may be available through Apple App Store
* Technical issues may qualify for refunds at our discretion
* Refund requests should be submitted through Apple App Store or by contacting us8.6 Subscription Cancellation
* You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
* Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
* You will retain access to premium features until the period ends
* No refunds for partial subscription periods9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
9.1 Integration with Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or use third-party services, including:
* Firebase/Google Cloud Platform (authentication and storage)
* RevenueCat (subscription management)
* Apple Sign In and Google Sign In (authentication)
* Apple App Store (payment processing)9.2 Third-Party Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
* Third-party service availability or performance
* Third-party privacy practices or data handling
* Content accuracy from external sources
* Third-party terms of service compliance9.3 User Responsibility
When using third-party services through our platform:
* You must comply with their terms of service
* You are responsible for any costs or fees
* You acknowledge separate privacy policies may apply
* We disclaim liability for third-party actions10. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
10.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices you own or control.10.2 License Restrictions
You may not:
* Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App
* Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
* Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App
* Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
* Remove or alter proprietary notices10.3 App Store Terms
* Downloads through Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms
* We are responsible for app maintenance and support
* Apple is not liable for app functionality
* Compliance with App Store policies is required10.4 Updates and Modifications
* We may release updates to improve functionality
* Updates may be required for continued service access
* We may modify or discontinue features at any time
* No guarantee of backward compatibility11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:
* Violate any applicable laws or regulations
* Infringe on intellectual property rights
* Transmit harmful or malicious code
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
* Interfere with service operation or availability11.2 Content-Related Prohibitions
You may not:
* Submit false, misleading, or deceptive recipe information
* Create recipes that violate third-party intellectual property rights
* Include harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content in recipes or meal plans
* Use the Services to create content for commercial purposes without authorization
* Submit recipes containing illegal or dangerous ingredients or instructions11.3 Technical Prohibitions
You may not:
* Use automated tools to access the Services
* Attempt to reverse engineer algorithms
* Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
* Circumvent security measures or restrictions
* Extract data for unauthorized purposes11.4 Commercial Prohibitions
You may not:
* Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization
* Resell or redistribute access to the Services
* Extract or scrape recipe data to compete with our Services
* Use our recipe database or content for commercial recipe services12. PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
12.1 Monitoring Rights
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
* Monitor user-generated recipes and content for accuracy and safety
* Investigate potential violations of these Terms
* Remove or disable access to violating content or recipes
* Suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms
* Cooperate with law enforcement when required

12.2 Enforcement Actions
We may take enforcement actions including:
* Warning users about violations
* Temporarily suspending accounts
* Permanently terminating access
* Removing or disabling content
* Reporting illegal activities to authorities12.3 Appeals Process
Users may appeal enforcement actions by:
* Contacting our support team
* Providing relevant information about the situation
* Following our appeals process
* Accepting our final decision on appeals13. TERM AND TERMINATION
13.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services and until terminated by either party.13.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by:

* Deleting the App from your devices
* Contacting us to close your account
* Ceasing use of the Services13.3 Termination by Company
We may terminate your access immediately for:

* Violation of applicable laws
* Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
* Harm to other users or our Services
* Any reason with appropriate notice13.4 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:

* You must cease all use of the Services

* Compatibility issues with devices

* Third-party service failures15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
* INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
* LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.15.3 Exclusions
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.15.4 Essential Purpose
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND YOU. THE SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

* Your user-generated content
* Your negligent or wrongful conduct

* Require your cooperation in defending claims
* Seek reimbursement for defense costs16.3 Notification
We will notify you promptly of any claims subject to indemnification and provide reasonable cooperation in the defense of such claims.17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under their rules, except as modified by these Terms.17.3 Arbitration Rules

* The arbitration shall take place in Ohio, United States
* The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
* Each party shall bear their own costs unless otherwise awarded17.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.17.5 Exceptions
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

* Injunctive relief requests
* Small claims court matters (under jurisdictional limits)18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.18.2 Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ohio, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.18.3 International Users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, and you acknowledge that these Terms are governed by United States law.19. MISCELLANEOUS
